Hey you lot!!
I hope you’re all good and have had a good week. It started off slow for me but then Friday seemed to have come round really quick 🙂 YAYYYYY
I decided to do this post, as I feel unlike you tubers I hide behind a screen and most of you probably don’t know me that well, but I want you to get to know me and would love to get to know you better too, as you’re all pretty amazing!!!
I sent out a tweet asking all my lovely followers for questions they would like to know about me so that I could write this post and Im going to post them below along with my answer!
I hope you like this post as it is different for me, but I think its nice to get to know each other and for you to know I’m not some witty robot behind a machine 🙂
Q1. What were your dreams when I was a kid? How did they compare to what you have now as an adult?
A1. Okay so as a kid I’d always dreamed of being a vet or owning lots of animals and living in a big fair house surrounded by fields. Now, that clearly hasn’t happened for me (just yet) but I have always wanted to move out and own my own dog – WHICH I DO! I am so happy I own my own flat and dog, but this is just the beginning, I do one day want to live in an open planned country house not too far from a town but far away enough my dog can run around our garden and not get bored!
Q2. What/who inspired you to start a blog?
A2. I’ve always been interested in reading blogs ever since I was about 15/16 (I started late okay) but I never thought about doing one myself as to be quite honest, I’m not that computer savvy! But what really made me start this one was when I was an intern for a children’s hospice I set up their blog page for them on the website and ended up really enjoying it and it suited my style of writing. A few months after finishing my internship I set this up just to see how it would go, but I love it, and am so glad I did it 🙂
Q3. What Countries do you want to visit?
A3. Can I say the whole world? That would be amazing but not really possible when you have a dog, a house and full time job unfortunately. However, next on the list is Aus and Bali! I’ve been to South East Asia and it was incredible and definitely makes me want to travel more and see new sights!
Q4. Who’s your favourite Disney character?
A4. This is a great question, and my answer would deffo have to be Ariel. My mum would be able to tell you think without consoling with me. I just loved watching The Little Mermaid when I was younger, and it was her lovely long red hair that got me hooked!
Q5. Do you have any goals you’d like to have achieved by the end of the year?
A5. Ooooh, I have had to think about this one. I’m not really a goal setter, sometimes I don’t like setting goals as I’m always afraid I will never achieve them, BUT……I’d like to go to a blogger event (if I pluck up the courage) and connect with more bloggers an a personal level. I’d also like to get a camera as I’m still yet to get one 🙁
Q6. What is your dream career?
A6. I would love to have my own social media/consultancy business, and if that fails, I’ve actually thought about being a dog groomer/dog walker (this is just in my dreams!)
Q7. What is your favourite way to relax and unwind?
A7. I would have to say having a nice got relaxing bath with a face mask on and a bah bomb fizzing away. It’s the only way I can be on my own without either my boyfriend poking me in the ribs or my dog licking my face (although if Jordan lets the dog in, he does this anyway)
Q8. Favourite songs/artists?
A8. I’m going to be honest, I’m one of those who just loves music! Pretty much every type of music too. At the moment, I’m loving the Chainsmokers, The XX and Ed Sheehan’s music, but then you can’t be at a bit of Fetty Wap and Sean Paul when you need a good dance! I guess it all depends on what mood I’m in. Earlier today I was belting ‘Listen’ by Beyonce so loud in the flat I swear everyone could hear me!
Q9. Favourite meal to order in a restaurant?
A9. I always like to order a seafood risotto or something similar. I of love a bit of seafood especially prawns and squid! Also calamari is the best starter. If I was to order a dessert it would be something chocolatey WITHOUT A DOUBT!
Q10. What are your hobbies?
A10. I don’t really have any hobbies anymore, where as a child I did everything you could imagine! I suppose I do like going for dog walks (I’m sure Jordan would disagree with this one) and sometimes the gym if I am in the mood. Other than that, I tend to either me relaxing or online shopping (98% of the time) hehehe.
Q11. LOL this is from my Stepdad – If you could be Prime minister for the day what would you do to make the UK a better place?
A11. Oh Rob, you know I don’t like politics – Ermmmm, I would call a bank holiday (as everyone loves them don’t they) apart from someone like you wouldn’t benefit from it would you as you would have to go into work 😉
Q12. Did you go to Uni?
A12. Yes I did and I had the BEST 3 years of my life! If I could go back to them days, I 100% would!
Q13. How long have you been blogging for?
A13. I started at the end of December 2016, so just over 4 months now, and it’s gone so quick!
Q14. What is your biggest achievement so far?
A14. So, I used to be a national Trampolinist and when I was 11 I came 3rd in Great Britain and got to stand on a stage in the Birmingham NEC, receive my trophy, medal and flowers. I will never forget that moment. Trampolining was my life and I will never forget who far I went with it.
THAT’S A WRAP!
I hope you got to know me a bit better with this, and if you don’t already I’d love you to check out my social platforms below!
