Hope we’re all doing well and having a not-so-bad week at all!
So, this week has been as little strange for me as I have handed in my notice at work as I will be moving on to a sector I’ve always wanted to get in to, but I am pretty gutted I’ll be leaving behind some amazing work colleagues 🙁
Anyway, this post is another skincare one, and I am so excited to talk to you about these products.
I was recently gifted two Indeed Labs skincare products, and as always I have been trialling these two for 2 weeks now so I can give an honest review 🙂
Indeed labs are a Canadian based company which launched only in 2011, so they are pretty new and their first product was the Nanoblur, which is one of the ones I got sent. This product done so well, the brand continues to develop more game changing skin care products. They believe that everyones skin is different (which is V true) so their products are best suited to fit everyone skin type!
Although, they are a Canadian based brand, their products are sold in Boots in the UK, so all good if you wanted to check them out, you won’t have to pay shipping costs! (YAY).
So….lets get into my thoughts on the 2 products I’ve tried
Okay, so first things first, the price. The price is £24.99, which actually is pretty expensive, when you looks at the likes of The Ordinary which was a phenomenon recently in the blogging world. However, I must say, I am loving this products so much. I have been using this every day and night before I moisterise (which is the way you’re supposed to apply it).
It says to apply a pea sized amount all over a cleansed face for optimal results. The product is a clear gel like formula and has a very slight clinical scent (if you know what I mean).
Indeed Labs state claim hydrating hyaluronic acid serum provides extraordinary moisture boosting benefits to the skin. As soon as I used this the first time, I could tell how hydrating it was. It instantly lefts my skin feeling super silky smooth, and the product sinks nicely into the skin rather than leaving a tacky, sticky layer (which you get with some gel based creams). It also claims to leave you with a ‘dewy glow’ and who doesn’t like a dewy glow to their skin- especially now the weather is all doom and gloom!
I really like this product as it’s lightweight, it’s simple, but yet really effective, and I feel it has really made a difference to the appearance and feel of my skin. I get dry horrible skin in the colder months and this has definitely helped so far. The only thing that may be a downside is the price, and £24.99 for a 30ml tube is a lot of money!
The second product I have been trying out is the Nanoblur
This product claims to blur out imperfections and reduce the look of fine lines on the face. It also says the light-diffusing formula and optical blurring technology creates an instant matte finish for picture perfect skin.
At first I put this on before moisturising, and I’m not gunna lie, it really stung my face and I was a bit shocked. But when you read it, you should apply this after you’ve moisturised and it feels a lot better and seems to work better. It also says you can pat gently over foundation if you are already wearing foundation – but I havent tried this way yet, as I’m not quite sure how that will look.
However, I will say I have noticed a difference in my skin and the way it looks after using this. My face does feel a lot more smooth and finished and yes, almost less wrinkly, although I’m not sure how true that is.
This product is £19.99 and also comes in a 30ml tube, so it’s slightly less pricey than the other one, but for £19.99 you still have a vey good product.
So, I hope you have enjoyed finding out a bit more on this range, and may be interested to buy some for yourself. I love trying out new skincare as I feel it’s important to look after your skin.
Let me know your thoughts!
